Who we are

BrightUplink is a one-person web studio in Ghent. The full company details are further down this page, under Company details.

What this website collects

Nothing. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, and no scripts, fonts or maps from other domains. There is nothing for you to accept or refuse.

Logs

We keep no access logs with IP addresses. We track how much traffic the site gets through aggregated figures from our hosting provider, in which no individual visitor can be recognised.

If you email us

Your message arrives in our mailbox and stays there as long as we need it to help you and to keep our records in order. We use your address for nothing else and pass it on to no one.

Where the site lives

The files are stored with Amazon Web Services in the Ireland region (eu-west-1) and delivered over the CloudFront network. In doing so, AWS processes the technical data needed to get the page to you.

Your rights

You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it erased. One email is enough. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in Brussels.
